A beauty advent calendar is the gift that keeps on giving. My M&S beauty advent calendar is giving me 24 days of gifts that I am sharing with you! Check out the first six days here. I have been posting my daily openings on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook so make sure you check them out too…but here’s a round-up for you lovely blog readers. 🙂
I love Rituals products and I love this this Zensation organic rice milk & cherry blossom foaming shower gel. It’s creamy, foamy and smells divine! I really want to get a full-sized one, it’s that good!
The Pure Natural Beauty super grape day cream is a simple nice-smelling face cream. It’s anti-ageing, promotes younger and more radiant skin and it’s cruelty free. What’s not to like! I will definitely use this up although it’s unlikely to be on my re-purchase list.
The Filorga Time-Filler absolute wrinkle correction cream smells amazingly fresh and light. It feels nice on my skin, not at all heavy or sticky. There are some other really nice products in this collection, including a gift set that I might just have to snap up!
The Neal’s Yard Remedies frankincense nourishing cream was a surprise to me. I had never heard of the brand (shock horror!) and I was very happy when I realised that I had stumbled upon a fab product! I put it on my skin last night and admit that it felt like nothing special, although the smell was fab. This morning I awoke with the softest most hydrated skin I have had for aaaaages! I’m sold!
The Josh Wood full-bodied shampoo is a shampoo for coloured hair (which I have) and I do use shampoo (2-3 times a week) so I will use it up. I can’t say this inspires me, but if it makes my flat hair bouncy and is actually a life-changing product I will be sure to let you know!
This Diego Dalla Palma lipstick (shade 46) is a perfect easy-to-wear neutral pink, my favourite kind of neutral! At the same price as a MAC lipstick I am expecting big things! I would have worn it today but I am currently propped up in bed feeling ill and incredibly sorry for myself…I digress! I will be sure to let you know how it performs.
Here’s to the next 6 days! Hope you have a good week and your advent calendars, in whatever format they may be, continue to bring you joy and delight.
